BEN WEBSTER

Ben Webster brings over 10 years of guiding experience to Prairie Limits Outfitters. He has owned and operated two guiding services – High Caliber Outdoors and presently, Big Kansas Outdoors. With knowledge, expertise, and passion for bird hunting – Ben aims to get as many birds down as possible.

JOSH WRIGHT

To start off my name is Josh Wright. His passion for hunting and fishing began in his home state of Wyoming. He was a sales manager for six years, but decided to make a life change more fitting to his personality and decided to guide waterfowl/flyfishing full time. Currently, he guides at Big Kansas Outdoors and Prairie Limits.

Waterfowl has always been his favorite. He believes there is something special about calling at birds and seeing them do it right, and loves sharing that with other people. “Seeing clients happy after a volley doing it right is always a cherry on top. In the off season I head back to Wyoming to guide Flyfishing trips on the Bighorn River. You can say I like to stay busy all year round. It is definitely a grind but there is nothing else I would rather do.”

JACK DONNER

Jack was born and raised in Eldorado, Kansas. He developed a passion for waterfowl hunting at a young age which lead him to become a hunting guide. His guiding career began right after he graduated high school in 2020. Since then, he’s been guiding between Saskatchewan and Kansas, nine months out of the year – and there’s no signs of slowing down!

CARTER KLATT

Raised in the duck factory of South Dakota, Carter has been enthralled with waterfowl since he tagged along on his first hunt at the age of 5. From then on, he’s traveled most of the upper midwest chasing big feeds of ducks, honkers, and snows; growing his skills as a hunter. The same passion that started it all still burns today and he loves nothing more than finishing birds feet down into the decoys.

ANDREW PENROSE

Waterfowl hunting has been engrained into Andrew’s life since he was seven years old. He grew up duck hunting the grasslands of central California and was lucky to have many family members and mentors to teach him along the way. His passion for waterfowl quickly grew into an obsession. Andrew went on to attend McPherson college in central Kansas on a baseball scholarship where, (as he puts it) majored in waterfowl hunting and minored in getting his degree.

After college he accepted a position working for Big Kansas Outdoors where he is currently coming off his first full season as a guide. His favorite thing about guiding waterfowl is sharing the excitement with people right before the birds do it perfectly into the decoys!

DYLAN GRAVES

Dylan is originally from Michigan’s thumb area. He has spent three seasons guiding in Kansas with Big Kansas Outdoors and is heading into his second year guiding for Prairie Limit Outfitters.
